Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a binding contract. Any quote provided by us is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. A contract is formed only when we have confirmed your booking in writing and received any required deposit.

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Our Services

We carry out all work to the standards required by TR19 (BESA grease cleaning standard), BS5839, and relevant UK legislation. All our operatives hold appropriate qualifications and certifications for the work undertaken.

We carry public liability insurance to the value of £5,000,000 and employer's liability insurance to £10,000,000. Certificates are available on request.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProVent Kitchen Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you in connection with any services provided shall not exceed the value of the contract for those services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
